Christian Lozada and Steven Hendrix

Christian Lozada and Steven Hendrix met while working at Borders Books. They ran the pop up bookstore and reading series Read On Till Morning in San Pedro. After years of sharing the same space to write, they realized they were writing about similar themes. They recently published a full length poetry collection together Leave With More Than You Came With. In the words of Mark Twain, “No two poets have ever written with a deeper understanding of humanity in the same book at the same time.” (He may not have said these words in this particular order nor all at the same time, but he definitely said all these words). Christian and Steven currently live in the rival cities of San Pedro and San Francisco.
